Malaika

Hi everyone, here is my first professionally produced music video! Earlier this year I performed "Like a Ghost" at the songwriting contest "Dein Song - Zurück im Wettbewerb" infront of judge Malik Harris (who also represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest this year) and later performed it live at the Dein Song Concert in Giengen. Special thanks to Manfred Mildenberger for recording, mixing and mastering the song and to Michael Wolf for producing the video! Many candidates of the 14th season of Dein Song gave a concert in Ulm in May 2022. The hall was full and the atmosphere was great! I sang my songs "Done" and "Like a Ghost".... Here is my application video for the Dein Song songwriting contest.

After recording my song "In a Dream" for the new Eine Welt albumn in Berlin, I went on to Bonn as one of the 5 finalists in this international songwriting contest. I am happy to say I made 3rd place from 2200 contestants with 600 songs (some were bands or whole music classes). The final was streamed live, but here is a video of my part of the show. Once the professional recording is available I will post it here...

With this song I won 3rd place in the songwriting contest "Dein Song für eine Welt". The song will appear on the next "Eine Welt" album in 2022.

This is a song I wrote for my school, Munich International School. It is now the official MIS song, used at many events like graduation ceremonies, etc.

Here is a new version of my song Runaway. I took part in the national songwriting competition "Treffen Junge Musik-Szene" with this song and won : https://www.berlinerfestspiele.de/de/treffen-junge-musik-szene/programm/2020/auswahl/start.html. As a prize I was supposed to participate in workshops and coachings together with the other winners from November 25th to 30th in Berlin and then perform one of my songs live at the concert in the Haus der Berliner Festspiele. Because of Covid-19 this live performance has been rescheduled to November 2021. This song also made it into the semi-finals of the International Songwriting Competition in USA, with judges Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Trevor Daniel and many other well known artists.
